Effect:【Dagger ７】 【Penalty】 All effects that last "on foe through its next action." Includes penalties inflicted by a skill like Panic or Threaten and negative status effects (preventing counterattacks, restricting movement, or the effects of a skill like Triangle Adept or Guard). 【Dagger ７】 After combat, if unit attacked, inflicts Def/Res-７ on target and foes within 2 spaces of target through their next actions.

Notes

• The stat reduction that can be applied during combat by Dreamflake is considered a temporary debuff.
• The temporary debuffs of Dreamflake will activate if the foe receives a 【Penalty】 effect.
  • The temporary debuffs will not be negated if the foe receives a 【Bonus】 effect.
  • If the foe does not receive a 【Penalty】 effect, or has their 【Penalty】 effect removed by a source of Penalty effect removal, the temporary debuffs will be negated.

• The temporary debuffs of Dreamflake will not apply if an ally enters combat and the user is inflicted with  Time's Grip, the ally is inflicted with  Feud, or the ally is in combat against a foe with skills such as  Impenetrable Void and  C Feud 3.
• If unit attacked means if the user attacked at any time during combat. They do not need to initiate combat, deal damage, or survive.
  • This means that if the foe initiates combat and the user cannot counterattack, the effect will not trigger.
• The stat decrease that can be applied by Dreamflake is considered a  Penalty.
  • Any 【Penalty】 effect on a unit lasts until that unit takes an action. If the unit takes multiple actions in a turn, they will only have  Penalties for their first action.
    • If the unit also has  Grand Strategy, any  Penalties will remain active until the start of that unit's next phase.
